On the Mend

Stinker. That should be Keelyn's new name. Stinker.

No, not because of the never.ending dirty diapers between yesterday and this morning, but because that's exactly what she is. A stinker.

She apparently missed her Mommy to the point of giving herself a fever ahem, at least that's what Mommy thinks :).

Thankfully we were 100% fever free all day and her last dose of Tylenol was last night. I think we can say that Keelyn is definitely on the mend.

And so is my house... I'm finally getting to clean it! Sure, I would have liked to have done it more at night rather than take a day off of school, but now I get to go back to a two-day work week. Not bad.

In other news, I turned on the fa la la la la around Lynamland and spruced up the ol' blog. Like it? I sure do! Duh... if I didn't like it, I probably wouldn't have done it. Duh.

As for fa la la la la-ing around the house, I cannot start that until Thanksgiving night, or the days immediately following. I just cannot put up a Christmas decoration before Thanksgiving. Perhaps it's because when I was growing up, we would always decorate after Thanksgiving. Who knows... but I'll be sure to post some pics of the progress once it begins. I can't wait to see Keelyn's reaction to the Christmas tree. My educated guess? She'll be in awe.

And hopefully, when I'm not too lazy to go to my van to get my camera, I'll get some pics of the stinker and post them later on. Toodaloo... I'm off to do some more cleaning while Keelyn finishes her nap.
