Full

Ahhh... the house is full and I am LOVING IT!!!!

I picked Keelyn up from Grandma Pam around 8:45 this morning and we were home by 10. From what I hear... Keelyn was her perfect normal self for Grandma Pam the entire weekend. And...Keelyn was an absolute trooper for me and slept the entire hour home.

I got her out of the carseat and noticed she was a bit warm. So up to her room we went for a diaper change and a temp check. Sure enough... she was 99.8. I thought maybe it was from being bundled up in the car for an hour. She ate her cereal, played, smiled, drank her bottle, played, smiled, then went down for her nap.

She woke up at 3 and was H-O-T! Temp check again... this time we were 100.7. I called the doc, they said to give her Tylenol and see how she did later (since she was eating & sleeping fine, they said they didn't need to see her). Sooo... down the hatch went the Tylenol followed by a 7 oz. bottle and her belly was full.

She played, smiled, cooed, talked, and had lots more fun until her nap, followed by cereal and a bath where she splashed me more than Shamu @ Seaworld!! Seriously... this girl loves to kick in the water! When the bath was done, I once again checked the temp and it was 98.4. Nice. Good job Tylenol.

More smiles, another bottle, more playing and you guessed it... another temp check at 7:30. 99.2--uh-oh, on the rise. Down the hatch goes another full dose of Tylenol and her last bottle.

Full belly, full of smiles, full of love, and a full day of fun was the perfect recipe for *knock on wood* a full night of sleep. Tomorrow brings a substitute for me, and hopefully a full day of hanging out at home, rather than the full waiting room at the doctor's office. Guess we'll wait and see....
