Our 4th

Our 4th was exactly what we wanted... some low-key, family time. 

Perfection.

Sunday night we watched fireworks with Shannon, Andrea & Austin at Prairie Meadows.

Monday brought Lovebug's first parade experience at Slater.  A nice, small town celebration.

 As the parade got going, Chatty Cathy Coach realized he recognized someone. :)

Turns out it was the baseball coach for a nearby team.  They were super nice people who happened to have a daughter one month older than Lovebug.  Coach also showed his knowledge of picture taking, as he snapped some pics of us girls together.

Lovebug was quite excited she got to eat the Tootsie Rolls as they threw them to her :)

All in all, it was a great holiday had by all.
